What started in 2011 as a simple idea to haul organic waste from point A to point B quickly developed into a full-fledged business that provided a complete solution for Charleston area businesses to close the loop on food waste. I'm proud of what I started, but even more proud of what it became. And now, by handing over the reigns to CompostNow, the narrative will continue for years to come and to a larger audience.
